What is Mercury and why is it important?

Mercury is the planet that rules our mindset. It is the planet of communication and reveals our internal dialogue, our thought patterns, how we speak, and how we most commonly express ourselves. In the Western world, we often primarily identify with our thinking mind. Many experience this as the loudest part of themselves.

What will happen when you develop a relationship with your Mercury?

We have over 60,000 thoughts a day. Where does your mind go? What is your relationship to your mind?

Through our time together, we’ll explore / gain insight about our thought patterns, our mental tendencies, and learn how to honor our mental body. When you change your thinking, you can change your life. Our minds are so powerful. It all starts with creating an awareness. Once we learn our style of communication, we can get curious and apply this insight towards understanding and appreciating our loved ones and those around us. When used in this manner. Astrology is a practice and language in learning to compassionately understand ourselves and others.

What will this experience be like?

My intention for our time together is to put our introspective hats on and get really curious about ourselves.

In Meet Your Mercury, we will be:

• Learning, integrating, and sharing

• Looking at ourselves through the compassionate lens of astrology.

• Breaking down what Mercury is and it’s significance.

• Exploring different interpretations of what Mercury represent.

• Feeling into the elements intimately and allowing space for you to come into your own understanding of each.

• Studying Mercury through all 12 signs and all 12 houses.

• Studying real life chart examples.

• Discovering how your Mercury placement has changed since you were born.

• Coming together in cosmic community and cosmic conversation.

• Sharing our lived experiences and learning from each other in order to bring the content to life in an embodied way.

• Using this as a journey back to the self. A homecoming. A remembering.

• Learning how to stretch into and love this deep part of ourselves.

• Giving this intimate part of ourselves a voice.

My goal in working in a collective group setting is to create a space to share, speak your experience and truth among others, and learn from others’ stories and perspective. Working in a group allows us not only to see others, but to be seen, facilitating a process of becoming and waking up to yourself in a way that feels held and safe.

In the last few years, the world has changed and we’ve therefore changed deeply. People are looking for answers. From my experience, I was looking outside for those answers. I’ve learned that we can focus on everything going on around us, or we can start to look inward. Astrology has been an incredibly powerful tool to help me chisel away the external facade and the things that have felt imposed upon me by societal conditioning.

Through my study of astrology, I found a deep devotion to myself. I’ve discovered my purpose and passion; and my goal is to help others do the same. It can be really easy to judge ourselves when looking in the mirror, but by looking through a lens of compassion instead of criticism, understanding and awareness occurs.
